Project timelines are estimated based on project requirements and communication. Delays caused by clients, third-party services, or technical issues may affect delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by hosting providers, social media platforms, or search engine policy updates.
All designs, content, graphics, and development work created by MyAdvertisement remain our property until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership of the final approved project will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Our services may include the use of third-party tools or platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify, WordPress, hosting providers, and payment gateways. We are not responsible for issues, downtime, policy changes, account suspensions, or errors caused by third-party platforms.
